Linda Johnson is the lead real estate development consultant for client contracts, and is located in our West Coast office. She has held senior and executive level management positions in the public and private sector. Ms. Johnson has more than 30 years experience as an affordable housing developer and community development financial specialist with federal, state, municipal, and housing authority funds. Her skills have been utilized in
Zeenab Fowlk is the programmatic and organizational development lead for client contracts, and is located in our East Coast office. She has more than 15 years of experience with nonprofits in creating training curriculum for juvenile justice and youth leadership programs, along with developing youth and family organizational capacity. Ms. Fowlk is the former executive and deputy director with the Baltimore House of Mercy, D.C. Time Dollar Youth Court, Northern Nevada Gang Alternative Partnership, Greater Nevada Fair Housing Council and the Alice Hamilton Institute, which included staffing the Johns Hopkins University Board of Trustees and Center for Social Organization of Schools – Teach Baltimore.
Theodore Ward is RUDL’s shipping and inventory lead consultant. He has more than 20 years experience in forestry management, horticulture, plants and product shipping. He has training as a plumber, steel worker and pipe fitter garnered on construction sites in
