PRO Developer Team

RUDL’s major focus is to assemble a high-level professional team with extensive experience and expertise to complete the specific project. The team consists of an accountant, appraiser, architect, attorney, contractor, real estate development consultant and engineer. Some of their delegated responsibilities can include site visits, demographic research, solidifying funding commitments, writing grant applications and conducting citizen participation meetings.

Our team provides services including Development Services Agreements (DSA), Consultant Services Contracts (CSC), market research and strategic alliance brokering. We package our services in such a way that lets clients choose those that best fit their vision.

Moreover, RUDL works with independent contractors who share the programmatic, real estate and organizational development functions on certain projects. In turn, this increases our ability to manage multiple projects and give each one our full attention.
