Specifically, our services can include the following:

Development Services Agreements (DSA): Client hires RUDL to provide development management services in connection with developing the project described in the DSA. The agreement’s intent is to have RUDL act as project manager to develop the client’s project through construction closeout.

 
Consultant Services Contracts (CSC): Clients contract with RUDL to complete itemized tasks to determine resource availability. The CSC begins an implementation process to obtain funding and implement specific activities necessary to receive and utilize the funding.

Retainer consulting: RUDL represents a client as an extension of its business and market development functions. This begins with a complete understanding of the client's situation, objectives and constraints, as well as representing

the client in initial talks with regulatory agencies, partners and business vendors.


Project consulting: Proposed and billed on a per-project and per-milestone basis. Project consulting offers the client a way to harness RUDL’s specific qualities and use this expertise to solve specific problems and develop and/or implement plans.

Market research: group studies are available to select clients per unit cost. A group study is a comprehensive study of a specific market or topic. Examples might include studies of organizational assessments, capital development capacity or a needs assessment.
